Councillor Stephen Jenkinson is a Scottish Labour politician serving as the Convener of the Transport and Environment Committee at the City of Edinburgh Council, a role he has held since August 2024. He represents the Pentland Hills ward, having been first elected to the council in May 2022.

In his capacity as Transport and Environment Convener, Councillor Jenkinson leads on key strategic priorities including transport infrastructure, road safety, active travel initiatives, environmental improvements and sustainable mobility across the capital.
