Luca Bellinato, Senior Manager at Mobility Systems Unit at Sustainable Mobility and Infrastructure Sector – Bologna City.

Luca is a civil transport engineer with extensive experience in transport planning for the public sector. His past experiences include direction of Mobility and Transportation Unit at the City of Genoa, direction of Planning and Metropolitan Railway Service Units at Bologna Metropolitan City, as well as consultancy in the field of traffic management, Urban Traffic and SUMP plans.

He coordinates the activities in different European Projects (URBANE, TERRAIN, SPINE, SHIFT2ZERO) for the city of Bologna in connection with project partners at EU and local level. He is the project manager of Bologna City30 measure.
