Vladimir Adrian Ghițulescu is the General Manager of the Bucharest-Ilfov Public Transport Intercommunity Development Association (TPBI), coordinating public transport services in the Bucharest- Ilfov metropolitan region.

He is involved in international cooperation and European projects focused on sustainable mobility, innovation and smart transport solutions for metropolitan areas.
